  • The OTA Academy is offering two curriculum based training workshops with the ability for attendees to test for certifications, 1) Email Marketing compliance and 2) Steps to implement Email Authentication.   Attendees who test and pass will be recognized at the reception and awards program on Thursday evening.   Each workshop will be limited to 100 attendees.

  • Tools for self regulation of legal and best practice requirements

  • Designing your standardized privacy & data collection statement

  • Email marketing and regulation compliance best practices

  • Fundamentals of a domain and brand management program

  • Optimizing email engagement and effective unsubscribe

  • Protecting consumers through upgrading site visitors’ browser and security solutions
