Mary Berk, Ph.D.
Mary Berk is an expert in e-commerce and online advertising ecosystems. As a product leader, she has managed monetization, payments, policy, fraud, intellectual property, privacy, pricing, analytics, and performance for Fortune 500 companies, including Amazon.com, eBay, Google, and Microsoft. Mary is known for her creative but analytically rigorous approach to managing complex programs, and for her ability to bring together diverse teams who have different or competing business needs. She has set standards for emerging internet issues and problems, ranging from the early days of cross-border trade, to seller trust in China, to establishing industry-wide criteria for data collection and use. Mary holds a Ph.D. in Ethics from The Johns Hopkins University, where she focused on systems of rights in moral and political thought. David Daniels, CEO The Relevancy Group
David serves as strategic advisor to the OTA Board of directors, providing input into a range of issues impact the interactive marketing community and consumer experience. According to Direct Magazine, David Daniels is "one of the most influential experts in email marketing, if not the most influential." Until January 2010 he served as Vice President and Principal Analyst with Forrester Research and JupiterResearch. David is co-author of the book "Email Marketing An Hour A Day" and has been a contributor to the Weekend Today Show on NBC. David has held senior level positions at Apple Computer, Urban Outfitters/Anthropologie, Micro/MacWarehouse, ProTeam and CDA Computer Sales.
Tim is a technologist with 23 years of Government and private sector experience. Mr. Rohrbaugh's security career started in communication security (comsec) in the military and continued under Government projects for CSC at NATO, DISA, NMRC as an architect, ST&E team lead, and instructor for the information security. After leaving Government Consulting, Mr. Rohrbaugh became a technology leader for a consulting firm which focused on the telecommunication and nascent eBusiness sector. After being acquired by Metamor WW, he left with the founders to start a eBusiness consulting firm which grew quickly to fill three offices around the US and two in Europe. As the CIO, he lead the Centers of Excellence which included security managed services and furthered the goal of integrating information security into the development life cycle. Mr. Rohrbaugh then brought his information security experience to the financial sector where he joined Intersections Inc. as the lead for information security. Mr. Rohrbaugh's main focus in anti-fraud, ID verification (US Patent holder) and security architecture.
Madelon serves an advisor and provides expertise in consumer data collection methodologies, research and digital data analytics and is an active participant on the advertising integrity working group. As a senior marketing and technology executive she has developed business intelligence systems, driven applied econometrics, led consumer measurement and managed implementation of digital data capture with companies including Procter & Gamble, The Coca-Cola Company, Comcast NBCUniversal, Disney/ABC Television, American Honda Motor Company, Inc. and comScore. Madelon is active in initiatives surrounding data collection in the Internet of Things and fraud/malvertising in the digital marketing ecosystem. She holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago.
